Sometimes I think there are probably three types of men in life.
The first is the one who truly loves us.
The second is the one for whom we are just a timepass.
And the third is the one who does love us, but considers himself, his family, and his image more important than the relationship.
And do you know which one I find the most confusing?
The third one.

There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most
1. The Man Who Truly Loves Us ❤️
The first type is the one who genuinely loves us.
For him, we are not an option.
We are both love and responsibility for him.
He considers us an important part of his life. For him, a relationship is not just about good moments, attraction, or feelings.
We are the person with whom he can imagine his life.
2. The Man For Whom We Are Just Timepass
The second type is the one for whom we are neither love nor responsibility.
We are simply timepass.
In the beginning, everything may feel really good.
Calls, messages, attention, meeting each other, promises…
But deep down, that person never really considers us a priority.
And when the breakup happens, maybe it becomes a little easier to stay away from this kind of person.
We can be angry with him.
We can blame him.
We can even hate him.
And slowly, we can try to remove him from our life.
3. The Man Who Loves Us, But… ❤️🩹
But the third type is the most complicated.
He loves you.
He makes you happy.
He gives you attention.
He makes you feel special.
But somewhere, his family, his image, and the identity he wants to maintain in front of society become more important to him than being with you.
He may be ready to take your clothes off behind closed doors…
But outside, he may not even be ready to hold your hand.
He may give you a lot of happiness, make you feel special, and create beautiful memories with you…
but only until the situation goes against him.
For him, you may not be timepass.
But maybe he still doesn’t see you as his wife.
And that is what makes everything so confusing.
You keep asking yourself—
“Does this person actually love me or not?”
Because his actions show love, but his decisions never make your place in his life clear.
Maybe This Is the Hardest Kind of Breakup
I feel that when you break up with the second type of person, you can be angry.
You can say—
“He used me.”
“He was just passing time with me.”
“He never really loved me.”
And maybe, slowly, you learn to hate him.
But with the third type of person, the problem is that…
You can neither completely hate him nor completely keep him in your life.
He neither completely lets you leave his life…
Nor completely lets you enter his life.
And you remain stuck somewhere in between.
You don’t even know what to call that person.
Love?
Attachment?
Habit?
Or just an unfinished story?
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most – Why Do Such Huge Distances Come After a Breakup?
There is one question that always comes to my mind.
When someone’s relationship ends after 5 or 8 years, do both people really stop even looking at each other after the breakup?
I know that every breakup has different reasons.
Sometimes there is cheating.
Sometimes trust is broken.
Sometimes there is no respect left.
Sometimes families don’t agree.
And sometimes two people simply cannot stay together.
But does the distance really become so big that the person with whom we spent 5 or 8 years of our life…
We don’t even care enough to know—
“Is that person alive or not?”
I once asked my friend this question.
He told me that after a breakup, it is better for both people to completely move on because they cannot really stay normal friends anymore.
I understand what he meant.
But I still have one question in my mind—
If we cannot remain friends, can’t we at least remain good wishers?
Can’t we simply think—
“Wherever you are, I hope you are happy.”
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most – Why Doesn’t It Happen Like This in Families?
Sometimes I compare romantic relationships with family relationships.
When we fight with our parents, brothers, or sisters, do we remove them from our lives forever?
No.
We get angry.
We stop talking for a while.
Sometimes the fights can become really bad.
But when things become normal, we talk again.
Because somewhere, we know that the relationship has not ended.
So why does it become so different in relationships?
Unless things have become so bad that talking to each other is impossible, why does it become so easy to turn someone into a complete stranger?
And the most difficult part is—
For one person, moving on may become easy, while for the other person, the same relationship remains one of the most important chapters of their life.
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most – Does Time Really Fix Everything?
People say—
“Time heals everything.”
But I don’t think time really heals everything.
Time only dries the tears in our eyes.
Slowly, we learn how to live with those tears.
We start looking normal.
We smile.
We work.
We keep ourselves busy.
But that doesn’t mean we have forgotten everything.
Some memories never completely disappear.
We simply learn how to live with them.
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most – What Hurts the Most?
Maybe the biggest pain is that we cannot even hate that person.
We cannot abuse him and take our anger out.
And we cannot go to him, hug him, and say—
“I miss you so much.”
So we just stay with ourselves.
Sometimes you want to talk to someone so badly that you feel like you just want to hear their voice one more time.
But you cannot call.
You cannot send a message.
And then, sometimes, the only thing you can do is put your face into a pillow and cry.
And the strangest part?
You still cannot hate that person.
There Are 3 Types of Men in Life But Which One Hurts the Most – What Can Be More Beautiful Than Love?
People say that there may be nothing more beautiful than love.
And I agree with that too.
Love really can be a beautiful feeling.
But sometimes I feel—
The pain you get from love can also be one of the deepest kinds of pain.
Because when a stranger hurts you, you can ignore them.
But when the person who hurts you is someone to whom you gave years of your life…
The pain is not only about losing that person.
It is about those years.
Those memories.
Those promises.
Those dreams that you once saw together.
And maybe the most painful part is this—
A person who was once the most important part of your world can one day become a stranger in your life.
Maybe that is what makes some relationships so difficult to forget.
Not because we still want that person back…
But because we are still trying to understand—
“How did someone who was once so close become so distant?” ❤️🩹
